The Luxury Boutique Hotel Can Alomar is housed in the protected and listed building of the same name, a former palatial urban residence of historical, artistic and architectural interest and of great importance to the city’s heritage. This magnificent and majestic mansion was built in the 19th century on the former site of a 15th century gothic palace, which was renovated over subsequent centuries to follow the aesthetic norms of the Baroque. The style of the current building is neo-gothic, retaining certain Renaissance touches. One of its most remarkable features is the grandeur of its façades, the main one in particular, on calle Sant Feliu. It is one of the most significant buildings on the Paseo del Borne and its life ran alongside and in association with the modifications carried out over the course of time, both on the well-known Palma boulevard and in the historic area in which it is situated.

The Hotel has 16 modern, bright and spacious rooms, including three “Can Alomar” Suites, covering an area of approximately 55sq meters, five Junior Suites with an area of approximately 40sq meters and eight Deluxe rooms with an area of around 35sq meters overlooking the Paseo del Borne, calle Sant Feliu or a beautiful interior gardening courtyard. All rooms are equipped with King Size beds, spacious walk-in wardrobes and large modern bathrooms. The hotel also has two connecting rooms and a room suitable for disabled guests
